You mind autographing my Mesa Boogie SOB once owned by the famous local musician named Molly Hurley? I’ve learned watching Antiques Roadshow, helps drive up the value when you can connect it to a famous owner and I’m hoping for a large cash windfall on ebay or craigslist to help support the cost of the coffee at these SB gigs. #*%@_#

I really enjoyed your music at the UMJC conference last month. I'm especially atttracted to sephardic styles of traditional blessings and scripture. Your music will help people (like me) grow into or enhance their Jewish expression of worship. Thank you!
Any plans to come to California? -
I live in San Jose and attend Tsemach Adonai in Los Gatos.

You know, normally I would say We're into ALL types of music, both Country and Western.
But.
Well. Not.
Unless Zeekney Sfat (Israeli punk) or Sheikh DJ (Algerian hip hop) is... country. Just not , you know. Ours...

Why did you leave out Hardrock, Coco, and Joe as "band influences"? I understand there's at least one indigenous Chicago girl hangin with you guys who took her inspiration from them. God, I miss this band. Maybe sometime there can be a reunion? It's been toooo long.........

Hey Ben
We talked. Al tira is from the Kaddish (tho I do have the "T'chi" stuff elsewhere in our CD art. But I am taking the Chabad stuff and reapplying elsewhere.) Anyway it was nice to email you. Halevi sh ovedcha leegdol b'atid (hadeekduk shel li masreach...)

Hmmm...not sure what to say here. I know my family is the only "Ovadya" family in toronto, Canada, and have never before met another family that spells their name like my family does. So, where on earth did all this come from? Moreover, I see "Al Tira" in Hebrew letters from the Lubavitch nusach on the cover of your driftless album.
Curious. Very curious...

I thought I was tremendously blessed to be witness to another image of the Virgin under this Chicago viaduct, but alas, as I view your website, I now see that it was only the imprint left from Ovadya's asses. Bummer.

I want a piece of that big girl on rhythm guitar. OOOO baby, what a doll! Is she for sale too? Oh, and by the way, are those two older guys computer geeks, or what? Awesome kid on the pud. And that M chick, whatever her name is, the one who writes all this crazy stuff? Where the hell is she from? That girl needs her own planet. Then there's that sweet little girl on the violin. Is she an angel or something? But that bass player's gotta go. Is he gay? Loved the band.
